Observe. Control. Orchestrate.

Make your company work as one
intelligent system.

Disconnected systems cost you twice: the hours your people spend bridging them, and the mistakes that slip through the gaps. We connect the ERP, CRM, and tools you already run, so routine work completes on its own, exceptions reach a person early, and every action leaves a record.

THE OPERATION

Where the cost sits.

Four places. The same answer for each: the work runs across your systems, under the authority you set, with a record.

Hours spent bridging systems.

Re-keying, chasing status, reconciling by hand. Routine work completes on its own across the systems you already use, inside the limits you set.

Mistakes in the gaps.

The wrong status, the missed step, the invoice nobody matched. Every action carries its source. An action without one does not run. Exceptions reach a person early, with the evidence attached.

Answers that depend on one person.

Sourced answers from your own records, each showing what was used.

Decisions made on numbers nobody can trace.

A record for every action: what was read, what was decided, under which authority.

The answer is already in your company. It just isn't connected.
THE DISCIPLINE

What makes it safe to run.

One discipline underneath all of it: AI is not authorized to invent an answer. When evidence is insufficient, the system cites, abstains, or escalates.

No source, no answer. No authority, no action. No test, no handover. No invented answers.

Each line is a test your team reruns, and the review hands you the first one.

Authority for each action

You set the authority for each action, in four settings: Observe, it reports. Propose, it drafts and a person acts. Wait for approval, it acts after a person says yes. Run within policy, it acts on its own inside the limits you wrote. Routine work runs. Designated decisions pause. Outside-policy actions stop.

Six acceptance tests

Six acceptance tests, agreed before the build and rerun by your team whenever you choose.

E1

The cable-pull test: the network cable comes out, and the agreed functions keep working inside your boundary.

E2

No action exceeds its authority: an action beyond its setting does not run.

E3

Stop or ask when evidence is missing: without a source, the system stops or asks for review instead of answering.

E4

Inspect and reconstruct: any action can be traced to what was read, what was decided, and who authorized it.

E5

The blocked number: a figure without provenance cannot reach a report.

E6

The exit drill: your team runs and rebuilds the system without us.

Pass conditions

E1 / The cable-pull test

The agreed functionality remains available after the network path is removed, on a boundary your own packet capture verified.

E2 / No action exceeds its authority

A pre-authorized action executes and records its result without manual approval; the same action set to wait for approval cannot execute until the authenticated human channel approves, enforced at the role and database layers. Both routes reconstruct from their authorization basis.

E3 / Stop or ask when evidence is missing

Low-confidence input follows the configured stop or human-review route, and the rate appears in the run report.

E4 / Inspect and reconstruct

Any controlled action reconstructs from its record: input, policy version, model and prompt version, the authorization basis (policy version or authenticated approval), and the result, on an append-only, hash-chained journal.

E5 / The blocked number

A figure without provenance cannot reach a report; the gate blocks it and names the reason.

E6 / The exit drill

With all our access disabled, your team rebuilds the system from escrowed, hash-pinned artifacts using the runbook.

What the labels mean

Built means implemented at the stated scope. Built and live means built and operated today. Verified reference means a tested reference implementation. Designed means architecture prepared for a future build. Research means published work. Each record in the practice register carries one of these labels.

WHAT WE BUILD

Start where the business is feeling the strain.

Four lanes carry the work.

01

AI Assistants & Knowledge

What your company knows, from documents and mail to each customer's history and a key person's know-how, turned into answers with their sources.

02

Workflow & Data Integration

Your systems connected, your data made usable again, recurring work automated with its approval rules, and web, mobile and internal applications built on top.

03

AI Security & Assurance

Your AI tested and kept within bounds: outputs attacked before they ship, permissions and approvals set, and every action kept in a journal.

04

Measurement & Reporting

How work really flows across your systems, where disputed numbers come from, reports that carry their sources, and forecasts scored against what happened.

We build around the systems you already run, whichever they are: an ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Logo or Netsis; a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot; Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; your databases and the spreadsheets in between.

What can connect

Customers and relationships
CRM records, quotes, contracts, correspondence, call notes, support cases, renewals and customer feedback.
Finance and commitments
E-invoices, credit notes, payments, bank reconciliation, purchase orders and agreed commercial terms.
Stock across locations
Warehouse and country-level availability, reservations, goods receipts, supplier commitments and replenishment lead times.
Shipping and delivery
Carrier pickups, tracking events, expected arrivals, proof of delivery, returns and warranty claims.
Demand and performance
Website analytics, search demand, campaign results, inquiry sources and the revenue records used to check attribution.
Production and system health
Work orders, quality exceptions, maintenance records, access changes and failed automation runs.

The connections and permissions are defined for your business.

Private AI and local infrastructure, inside your own boundary and in your own racks, is an option on any lane, scoped per deployment.

THE CONNECTED COMPANY

Inside a connected company.

One fictional manufacturer and distributor, with synthetic records, run on these capabilities: work flows through its departments, a person decides at each gate, and every result keeps its receipt. Follow one order, open a decision, and watch the company carry it out.

THE PRACTICE

One built system, worked through.

Prospect intelligence engine. Built.

It finds and ranks the companies worth a conversation. Sourced company discovery, deduplication, fit and buying-signal scoring, scheduled sweeps, and feedback from the people who use it.

Hours:
the sweep runs on schedule, so nobody builds the list by hand.
Mistakes:
every prospect carries its sources, and a duplicate or an unsourced signal does not reach the ranking.
One person:
the fit criteria and the buying signals live in the system, not in one head.
Trace:
each score shows the research behind it.
Scope:
discovery and scoring are the built scope; outreach channels are configured for each client inside their rules.

It is one of eight records in the practice register: four Built, one Built and live, one Verified reference, one Designed, one Research.

START HERE

Start with a System Boundary Review.

Free. Fixed scope. It finds the first workflow worth changing and hands you four things: a baseline and a target; authority for each action; an acceptance test you can rerun; an expand-or-stop decision. Implementation is a separate, paid engagement, scoped after the review.

It needs no access to your systems and no private data to start. From a conversation about where work gets stuck, and from what is public about your company, you receive a general analysis and a proposal of what could be built for you. A look inside your systems happens only if you choose it, and then under your rules: what we may read, who takes part, and where the notes stay.

HOW WE WORK

Bound. Build. Verify. Transfer.

Bound

The review draws the boundary: what the system may read, what it may do, where it must stop.

Build

Around the systems you already run, with the authority set per action.

Verify

Your team reruns the acceptance tests before anything is handed over.

Transfer

Source, configuration, tests, and operating instructions move to you; the exit drill proves your team can run and rebuild the system without us.

You keep the keys. And everything else.

Anu Core builds software, technology, and AI integration for companies that run on an ERP, a CRM, and the tools around them. Every engagement starts with a bounded review, is built around the systems in place, and is handed over with its tests.

THE PRACTICE

The practice register

Each record opens to its scope and its tests.

Prospect intelligence engine Built

Sourced company discovery, deduplication, fit and buying-signal scoring, scheduled sweeps and operator feedback. Discovery and scoring are the built scope; outreach channels are configured for each client inside their rules.

Acceptance tests: E3 Stop or ask when evidence is missing.

Departmental knowledge system Built

Source-cited answers from documents and mail, human review queues, customer isolation and fail-closed writes. Built for one department; expansion proceeds department by department and permission by permission.

Acceptance tests: E3 Stop or ask when evidence is missing; E4 Inspect and reconstruct.

Customer-scoped relationship memory Built

CRM identities resolved into a governed customer container, with mail provenance, review lanes and retrieval that refuses cross-customer reads. Suppliers, partners and other counterparties are an expansion path, added source by source with permission.

Acceptance tests: E4 Inspect and reconstruct.

Multi-model operations platform Built

In daily use in our own operation: specialist workers, per-model costs, a report checked against policy with its receipt, and a report-only security routine. Client deployments are configured connector by connector.

Acceptance tests: E2 No action exceeds its authority; E3 Stop or ask when evidence is missing; E4 Inspect and reconstruct; E5 The blocked number.

Tool and credential plane Verified reference

A controlled connection point with credentials held server-side, least authority and an append-only audit. The reference implementation passes type, memory and integrity probes; each deployment runs its own.

Acceptance tests: E1 The cable-pull test; E2 No action exceeds its authority; E4 Inspect and reconstruct.

Learning-organism program Research

Public research on code-checked claims, adversarial review, prediction ledgers scored against reality and typed abstention. Its scope is the research behind system testing and learning.

Acceptance tests: E3 Stop or ask when evidence is missing; E4 Inspect and reconstruct; E5 The blocked number.

Zero-egress finance architecture Designed

A reference architecture for open-weight models on client-owned hardware, external actions that wait for approval, a sealed audit journal and written acceptance tests. A build is scoped when an engagement requires this boundary.

Acceptance tests: E1 The cable-pull test; E6 The exit drill.

Measurement and evidence desk Built and live

Claim grading, a measurement veto, attribution repair and adversarial quality checks. In commercial operation for marketing; other functions are a designed expansion path.

Acceptance tests: E4 Inspect and reconstruct; E5 The blocked number.
